I stayed at this hotel since it was close to my friend’s wedding venue. The place felt very old and not as fresh as the photos on the website made it look. Ice was only available on the first floor and not on floors 2 & 4 as stated. The snack area to buy drinks or snacks was not stocked. Luckily there was a meijer right next door so I could go there to satisfy my needs. The furniture in the room was dingy and should have been replaced. The bedding had holes in the sheets. The toilet sounded like it was constantly dripping water in the tank so that was annoying as it didn’t stop. The key cards took multiple attempts to open the door to the room, so that was definitely not updated either compared to Hampton Inn and Suites. The positives of the hotel was the jetted tub and AC in the room. A decent size mini fridge in the room to hold drinks I purchased at Meijer. The staff was friendly and helpful when I locked myself out of my room. All in all, while the stay was fine (since I was hardly in the room) the King size bedroom Suite was definitely not worthy of a king or a queen.

Whenever we arrived the first room we entered was ripped to shreds stained and unclean. When i asked to leave for a refund they refused and said we could only stay in another room otherwise

The room had burn marks on the floor and the bed had a huge slump in the middle. We left.

The staff was understanding and patient, but the room was damaged and dirty with long hairs on the bathroom floor and counter, trash and a stain on the carpet, and the main light didn’t turn on. The main light fixture was broken. Every time the A/C turned off, it sounded like a door was closing, which made it difficult to fall asleep. One reason I stayed here was for the buffet breakfast. The breakfast consisted of some fruit and cereal. Not much of a buffet.

Front desk staff was not friendly, room key barely worked. Had to try it at least 5 time before it would open. Had a dirty sheet. Missing hair dryer, did have to go get one. Phone in room didn't work to call the desk. Breakfast was poor. Wont be returning to the hotel.

It was ok to sleep , but kind of bare bones and old looking and did not seem like a comfort inn quality hotel. Barely anything as far as snacks or things to buy. No breakfast. There was a bowl with plastic wrap over it and four bananas and two apples out in the morning, that’s it.

There’s a reason the nightly rate is so low. First the hotel reeked of marijuana, the elevator didn’t work some of the time. It is definitely not “updated” there are black out curtains but you can’t pull them so a light shined in my eyes all night. Upon waking up and getting out of bed I discovered the blanket I used had old dried blood on it that wasn’t mine. It has motion activated lights so if someone got up to go the bathroom the lights turned on at 3am. The air conditioner/heating unit didn’t run. At night there was no one working the desk so anyone could walk in the lobby. I would never stay here again.

I checked in and checked right out. The room was filthy, bedding was stained, there were crumbs in the bed, the fridge had mold, there were bugs on the curtains and dead filled in the lights. The lobby was dirty, the front desk was dirty. And there was questionable activity in the parking lot. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying with my family there so we checked out immediately!
