I used expedia to book a room near cleveland airport Ohio. Expedia showed this hotel so I booked. After booking I found out that it is in Michigan. I called to cancel and was promised that it will , it just take time due to the manager was not available. Now they told me that they refused to refund. That's not right

OK stay, dispite my issues

Internet was spotty throughout the entire hotel. Came across a spider and roach in my room, the tv was static on all channels and AC wasn’t blowing good air. On top of that, they weren’t telling other guest to keep it down. Kids running in and out the rooms almost knocked my 2 yr old in the pool cursing non-stop. It was a bad experience.

Didn’t have breakfast (I didn’t need it just saying) pictures don’t match rooms I could tell they cleaned but it was definitely a quick ok I’m done clean. It was good for my 2 day stay at the last minute. Staff was very nice and helpful. Time for a remodel.

We had to find a different hotel to stay at. We left right away. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. But the hotel its self was very run down. Rooms were very dirty and smelt really bad. Locks on the sliding doors didn’t work. Blood on the sheets. So many more things to list.

I was showed three different rooms and each one was filthy. Mildew mold and cobwebs was the room I settled on because it was less to clean. Spent my night cleaning the tub the walls and the toilet. Plus cigarette burns was all around the Jacuzzi.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Front desk attendant was sleeping in the office every time someone tried to go get assistance. Entire building stunk, saw someone shoot up in the parking lot, our room smelled like cat piss and the sheets were stained, and the cord for the TV looked like it was chewed through by a rat. Building should be closed immediately.

The ceilings are falling in every room the carpet is dirty from the front door down to every room the walls are dirty doors need more reinforcement this was my last option at time of check so I just tried to deal with it but I had to clean the room myself because after seeing the first room I got another and that was no better front desk staff was okay but the housekeeping staff needs to be revamped because they’re not down anything and also they don’t have towels so you only option for towels is pool towels
