Good property…..

Property is maintained fairly well. The noise from the busy street is substantial. Late at night motorcycles and truck. Hard to sleep. Took my dog, no place to walk except across busy street going into residential area. It’s all concrete and asphalt. The shower in my room has dirt built up in corner.

Admin doesn't know how to deal w guest problems.

My husband and I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night to celebrate an anniversary. There were several youth groups that stayed Friday night and they ran the halls. I am a retired high school teacher and youth group advisor of many groups. These advisors were not keeping track of the youth or teaching them that the hotel is not a play ground. Other guests have a right to quiet. We called the front desk twice and the suggestion was for us to change rooms. Where to do we move where there isn't noise? They didn't have a suggestion. The hotel administration needs to talk with the adults in charge and tell them to advise the children. The hotel administration did not know how to deal with this issue and guests paid the price. We are not inclined to stay at this Hampton again.

The room was not clean. The toilet seat was visibly dirty, and the furniture either needed cleaning or replacement. There were dust bunnies around the furniture, and the shower had black spots and orange stains in the corners. The bed skirt and covers were in poor condition. On the plus side, there were no bugs, and the bathroom floor and sink area appeared new.

Stayed here for a family wedding. This place is located right on Michigan Avenue which is the main road through Dearborn. If your room is facing the street it can get really noisy at times. There are loads of restaurants around the hotel to choose from, all within walking distance. The hotel though is very nice. Plenty of parking although you do have to pay for it. There is an indoor pool and a fairly well equipped exercise room available. The rooms themselves are nicely appointed and the beds are comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is included with a good selection of hot items available.

A great central location for our various travels around town. Not the quietest but it’s right on Michigan Ave in downtown West Dearborn. Breakfast was good - sufficient options for all. We’ll be back next time in town!
