The property and price were excellent. But, it said pool and hot tub ( which is the reason we booked here). Neither was clean, both had murky water and were cold. BIG disappointment.

Would have given 5⭐️ but several places in room (under couch, behind credenza, etc) had litter and edges of sinks, counters, floor at edge of shower, etc had dirt/food/mold buildup. Also, it being a mobility accessible room, toilet is MUCH TOO LOW and all personal care products placed too high to access from a wheelchair. Not a roll-in shower, yet there isn’t a seat for disabled persons to utilize while bathing. Breakfast was pretty good w/eggs, potatoes and meat; hot oatmeal w/add-ins (wish there had been granola); various breads/muffins/etc; do it yourself waffles; fresh fruit; various beverages. Staff were great to get things refilled and were good at keeping things neat and tidy even w/busyness. Appreciate breakfast availability till 10am. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and appropriately heated. We really enjoyed having the large studio to gather our family for a long overdue get together 😊

Everyone was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and quiet I felt very safe. The breakfast was very good a variety of items on different day dining area was clean and everything you need was in sight .

Spent two nights in Room 118. Sink water took 5 minutes to drain and bathroom door didn't latch. "Benjamin" at front desk was kind to move us to Room 108 for the next two nights. Tub water took 5 minutes to drain (you would shower in 3 inches of tub water). During all four nights our rooms were NEVER cleaned. The second day I came to front desk to ask for towels. I will think twice about using Hampton Inn in the future.

Pricing was affordable, breakfast was nice serving decent food included was hot foods. Unfortunately I experienced mixed experience, at check in it wasn’t expressed that their pool and hot tub wasn’t working properly for starters! After having breakfast my husband and I were looking forward to enjoying the pool and hot tub. We took a walk to the pool area couldn’t get in so my husband asked about the pool. the staff and the staff member had an attitude towards my husband seemed to be from asking a simple question. It just sucks that you pay for your stay and amenities and you can’t even enjoy them. Other than that the shower head didn’t work properly, I don’t want to knit pick but if you pay for something you shouldn’t have they issues without warning.
