Very friendly and helpful. No complaints about the hotel or staff. Only complaint would be something they could not affect, someone around us was smoking in their room so our room started smelling bad. They were very helpful about it even though it was not their fault.

Mildew on the wallpaper and ceiling scared the crap out of me when I saw it. Also in the shower tub drain and slow draining bath sink along with slow to flush toilet, all very annoying. Overall the stay was nice, the bed was very comfy. We like the brand and will stay if needed again, but, not at this location.
