No hot water in the room for two days. I reported the situation to the front desk, no one checked it until this morning at check out. I was unable to shower. I complained to the Manager Kim and she stated it was my fault and proceeded to close the service window because I raised my voice then proceeded to call the cops because a friend came by to acknowledge my complaint and I took a photo of her.

The room was really dingy looking. On the bed closest to the bathroom near the headboard was old rice. It stated that I had a number of channels but only some of the channels work. It's a quite a while for the road to get warm. Honestly I was afraid to sleep under the covers. The towels was very dingy as well. Those towels was not 100% white they had stains on them.

Where do I start. Dirty room, nothing cleaned, microwave and curtains didn’t work. Neighbors were loudly arguing. Cops down the hall. Reviews of bed bugs. I received a refund from Quality Inn, however Expedia said they “can’t connect with the property” and refuse to give a refund. We did not stay at Quality Inn. We found a different hotel to stay in that was safe and clean.
