Attached garage. 5 minutes to Prescott Valley shopping & dining; 20 minutes to historic downtown Prescott; Vaulted ceilings, open floorplan, skylights, fully furnished, complete kitchen for your family's fun and relaxation. Repeat guests will notice new wood-look vinyl plank flooring adding to the charm and warmth of this home. King bed, 2 twins, queen pull-out sofa, sleeps 6 comfortably. Prescott Golf Club offers reasonable public greens fees; Redwoods Grill features inside and patio dining. Short walk from the condo to the clubhouse and practice area. 80 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, 77 minutes to State Farm Stadium, 1 hour to Sedona, 50 minutes to Cottonwood, 2 hours to the Grand Canyon. This has been a family vacation home for 25 years, recently refurbished. 4-day minimum. Weekly and monthly discounts.
For parking please note the garage is 17' long and will accommodate a 15' SUV or a 4-dr compact pickup with mini-bed but not a 4-dr pickup with a regular bed (ex Dodge Ram).
