Remontit ovat täydellisiä Dillon Beachin premier-merenrantavuokrauksessa. Sea Horse on nyt valmis fantastiseen lomaasi! Uusi kylpytynnyri; Elokuvateatteri; Liesi; Jääkaappi; Grilli; uuniin; Huonekalut ja maali ovat valmiita nautittavaksi! Tässä upeassa kodissa on 4 isoa makuuhuonetta, joissa on Cal King -vuode ja 4 täyttä kylpyä. Kolmessa 4 makuuhuoneesta on täysi kylpyamme ja 3 muuta aluetta, joita voidaan käyttää ylivuotohuoneina yhteensä 7 eri makuutilalle. We definitely recommend this property! The house was great! Maybe a little weathered since the pictures were taken, but lovely none the less!Loved that the dining table fit all the guests! Loved the stocked kitchen (there's even a crock pot). Loved the hot tub, views (even through the fog) and the comfy vibe of the furnishings abundant plants, and layout! So many special touches! Including a second refrigerator (downstairs), that came in Super handy with 11 people!Other than the secluded beach being a rock climbing adventure we weren't willing to risk...the house was great, communication with the owner during our stay was wonderful!Our clan had the perfect backdrop for a fabulous vacation in a stunning location! Forever memories were created here!Thank you !!!

there were many deferred maintenance that needs attention. theater seating broken, stove front main burner did not work, TV in lower game room didn't work, rug in main floor lifting and can cause someone harm. also the refrigerator had very strong odors which i wasn't able to remove. I left some baking soda to help with the bad smells. we still enjoyed the lovely home but attention is needed to ensure a safe, comfortable setting is maintained as the dollar value isn't there at this time but certainly can be.

Incredible location, beautiful large house

MY family (6 of us) stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the tide pools on our private beach a short rocky jaunt down a bit of a cliff (not good for those that are not up for this sort of thing, but easy for those that are.) We took long walks on the larger beach accessible by a less rocky walk, but still you'd need to be up for a walk down a cliff, or drive 5 minutes to park at the beach. We made delicious meals in the well-appointed and organized kitchen, took morning hot tubs when it wasn't too windy to deal with being exposed to the elements, watched movies in the awesome theater, and gazed at the sunsets. We loved it!

Perfect house for group celebrations

We were a group of 12 celebrating my daughter‘s 30th birthday. The location was great, plenty of parking in front of the house. The house is wonderful and was able to accommodate everyone comfortably. For our group there was no problem with some people sleeping on pull out couches as most all of the friends were avid outdoorsy people. The kitchen was well equipped, the sitting area for everyone was perfect. The views were outstanding as the house is right on the ocean. One issue is that we had to pay 250 extra to have the Jacuzzi cleaned because everyone enjoyed the Jacuzzi often over the long weekend. And we were not given any sort of chemicals to rebalance after each usage. We were there for five days so by the end of that the Jacuzzi needed to be emptied, and they charged us the extra amount.The only other negative to this house was the fact that several of the lamps were not working in the house and there were no lights on the internal stairway so we had to put lanterns around otherwise it was a bit dangerous at night. Also, all of the windows in the master suite had not been washed, and we needed to clean them up in order to enjoy the fabulous view.We went in January and the house was quite cold and took a long time to heat up, but once we heated it up, it stayed cozy throughout the visit. The owners were quite responsive anytime we had a question.Everyone enjoyed their stay in this beautiful house in this stunning location.

Amazing ocean view

It was a 60th birthday celebration with my husband, sisters, and brother in law. We relaxed on the deck. Made dinner in the beautiful kitchen. Loved the theater room with a huge selection of movies. Throws are a nice touch. Sunset was spectacular.

Great space to host multiple families

The amount of bedrooms with en suites really helps when a few families come to stay together, with a well-appointed kitchen and ample communal living areas. And obviously there are unbeatable views and great porches to take in the sunset. Just a note that if using the provided airbeds (as we were for children), they deflated immediately (and not just slowly, overnight). And many of the recliners in the theatre room are a bit off-track (a result of a lot of renters, I guess), not that this negatively impacted our stay. Way better than not having a theatre room at all!

Family visit to Sea Horse House @ Dillon Beach!

We had a wonderful stay. The Home was just as advertised. The location/view of the ocean is awesome and the amenities provided were very nice. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, theater room, hot tub, multi bedrooms with baths, & EV charging! Thanks for a great vacation experience!!

Fantastic Dillion Beach House

This a fabulous house and has something for everyone. Gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, ocean views, lots of space for a large group, a hot tub to relax in and the kids favorite a movie theater!!! Well stocked in movies for everyone. Recliners and a full screen. It is an amazing well stocked home!

Amazing Place

Excellent Family Getaway

The property was just as advertised, very comfortable for three couples and a toddler. Perfect oceanfront location, easy drive to the beach. Felt like a million miles from home but was only an hour.

50th Anniversary at Sea Horse

The property was perfect for the gathering of our family to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Plenty of entertainment for the teens and young adult and comfortable for the new mom and her 3 week old infant. Our favorite activity was walking the dogs down to Dillon beach where everyone could romp and play. The house had all the kitchen cookware, accessories and utensils to make meal prep and even elegant desserts quite simple. It’s unanimous we should try this again.
