Discover this pleasant beachfront apartment in Dinard, offering an exceptional location just a few metres from the sea. Able to accommodate up to 3 people, it is ideal for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends, lulled by the sea air and sea spray.
As soon as you enter the apartment, you will discover a pleasant, bright and friendly living space. The living room is furnished with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a television, ideal for your moments of relaxation after a day at the beach. The adjacent dining area has a table that can accommodate up to 4 people to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. Just next to it, the open-plan kitchen with induction hobs is fully equipped: refrigerator, combined microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the utensils necessary for preparing your meals. A small balcony will allow you to get some fresh air and enjoy the external maritime environment without leaving the apartment.
At night, the apartment has:
Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)
Living room: The sofa is convertible (120x190) and can comfortably accommodate one person (ideally a child)
A bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer completes the accommodation.
Although the accommodation does not have a private parking space, a private outdoor parking area with free placement is available for a vehicle, subject to availability.
For more comfort during your stay, the accommodation is equipped with a washing machine as well as an iron and an ironing board.
