The awning can be fully opened or closed as needed, allowing you to enjoy shade or sun as you prefer. A Weber grill is also available, making it easy to prepare delicious barbecue meals. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and its own TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

The master bedroom faces the sea and includes access to a private terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view of the Soline Bay. This room features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a TV, a work desk, and a private bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are also furnished with king-size beds (180x200 cm) and TVs, providing comfort for larger families or groups. The shared bathroom on this floor is spacious, equipped with double sinks, a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine, making it convenient for longer stays.
