Tired hotel, our towels in the room had dried blood on them and the sofa bed wasn’t made up for our daughter, had to wait a hour for staff to come and make up sofa bed. Staff were great with an easy check in check out. Wouldn’t stay there again though.

Too noisy and chaotic. Staff give me room in front of elevator even after expressing that it was a quiet room away from elevator. Too many people going and leaving at night making loud noises. Walls are very thin as well. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 per reception staff, but when I arrived , the wait staff said it starts at 6:30.

The room was spotlessly clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The meal in the dining was excellent as was the breakfast. The location of the hotel was also very good.
