Clean rooms and great staff! The sofa bed was broken so I can't give 5 stars unfortunately, but the staff had A+ service. Our soap dispenser was missing but the staff immediately got us a new one.

Great value!

Like all the other reviews i agree the breakfast is the highlight along with very friendly staff. The cons are shower pressure and the air con both aren't strong. Shout out to the restaurant staff and the reception team. The lady in green t-shirt, her customer service is excellent!! Over and beyond 3 stars. (But not the gentleman in red though, he lacks empathy!)

Very pleasant stay. Staffs were very caring and courteous. Very good location, close to Metro station. Room was very neat and clean with enough supplies of coffee and tea. Very spacious bathroom with clean towels. The King size bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend for this price point.

Stay was wondeful friendly staff. Only downside is the rooms are not vaccumed which is a negative especially with someone with allergies and was staying for a long stay. Other than that great hotel.
