Découverte de l'île d'Oléron

Une semaine entre amis pour découvrir l'île d'Oléron. Idéalement située, cette très belle demeure nous a permis de nous réunir et visiter l'île en voiture, à pieds ou en vélo. Maison calme et très bien agencée ayant tout le confort possible. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs conseils. A renouveler.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in idealer Lage

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, um alle Vorzüge der Insel genießen zu können. Sehr ruhige Lage mit perfektem Blick in den Sternenhimmel, überdachte Terrasse für jedes Wetter, kurzer Fußweg (11 Minuten) zum Strand von Verbois oder mit dem Fahrrad zum schönsten Strand, ideal für Wellenreiter und Bodyboarder. Auch für kleine Kinder ideal zum Sandspielen oder bei Ebbe in den kleinen Pfützen zum Plantschen. Handwerksbäcker mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Nachts hört man das Meer rauschen. Das Haus ist mit viel Stil eingerichtet und hat eine kluge Raumaufteilung (Wohnbereich durch Tür von Schlafbereich abgetrennt). Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (auch für viele Personen), alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden (außer Rührgerät). Die Betten sind sehr bequem, ein Zimmer mit Stockbett und leichtem Klappbett (nur für Kind geeignet) (Bettwäsche kann gegen Aufpreis dazu bestellt werden), das Bad mit sehr großer Dusche ideal mit Familie. Auch der gepflegte Garten und Loungebereich laden zum Verweilen ein. Da der Garten komplett umzäunt ist, sind auch kleine Kinder sicher untergebracht. Große Bäume spenden Schatten. Das Auto steht sicher am Ende einer kleinen Stichstraße. In allem ist spürbar, dass die Vermieter sich persönlich um das Haus kümmern und vor Ort sind. Die Übergabe des Hauses war sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man den größten Strand der Insel (Grande Plage) mit seinem Wrack (bei Ebbe zu sehen) durch den schönen Pinienwald in 15 Minuten erreichen. Ebenso in 10 Minuten zum Supermarkt auch dem gleichen schönen Radweg. Wir haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht und werden wiederkommen. Nur zu Info: Hand- und Duschtücher sowie Bettwäsche muss vorab bestellt werden, es gibt keine Geschirrhandtücher, keine Seife im Bad und WC und auch keine Grundnahrungsmittel oder Reste der Vormieter (z.B. Salz oder Zucker). Also alles Mitbringen:)

un logement superbe sur une île magnifique

Après une validation sur Abritel, le reste du processus c’est fait via nos échanges mail en toute simplicité. Nous avons donc trouvé notre noveau logement tel que décrit avec comme seul bémol la qualité de la connexion internet, mais c’est souvent le cas en france.

Jolie maison dans un bel endroit de l'île d'Oléron.

Tout proche d'une très belle plage et à quelques mètres des pistes cyclables, la maison est très agréable et facile à vivre. Elle est très lumineuse, dans un joli jardin avec une déco moderne neutre. Le propriétaire est charmant. Vacances bol d'air, décrochage et familiales. Parfait !!

Belle villa très agréable, spacieuse et confortable, au calme, idéal pour 2 couples avec enfants.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances en famille (vacances de Pâques 2017). La villa est très confortable et moderne, spacieuse et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Elle se situe en proximité immédiate de la forêt et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons bénéficié des conseils avisés du propriétaire pour bien profiter de notre séjour. Accueil très chaleureux de sa part. Nous recommandons tout particulièrement cette villa pour des vacances en famille, idéal pour 2 couples avec enfants.
