Tucked in a serene, wooded neighborhood near Lake Cascade + Tamarack Resort, this rustic yet modern getaway balances mountain living + contemporary luxury. The .39 acre property features a 3BR/3BA main home as well as a 1BR/1BA carriage house + garage, just minutes from your next adventure. Nature is seamlessly integrated with natural materials, pellet stove, expansive covered porch, hot tub, firepit, balcony, local art, + a spacious outdoor area; pups are welcome!

Located near the mountains in Donnelly, the Fir Grove Estates community offers scenic views with a long list of recreational opportunities including hiking, camping, fishing and recreating in Lake Cascade, hunting, sightseeing, and skiing at Tamarack Resort + Brundage Mountain Resort. It's centrally located, making it the perfect basecamp for all the outdoor adventures that McCall + the West Central Mountains of Idaho have to offer.

Across Lake Cascade is Tamarack Resort, a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers all-season recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, motorized and non-motorized water sports, and the award-winning Osprey Meadows Golf Course. Tamarack also offers a host of on-site dining and leisure activities, to include a spa, pickleball courts, and disc golf course. Be sure to check their schedule for hosted events and activities.

You'll have the entire home to yourself. Full home (as well as the garage and Carriage House) with fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, spacious deck, + private hot tub.

There are two locked owner closets in the primary bedroom; the walk-in closet is guest accessible.

With TRAILER-FRIENDLY PARKING, this prime location offers quick access to local hiking/biking trails, Lake Cascade, skiing, golf, and beyond. The home is thoughtfully appointed with elevated amenities, and the added Carriage House and garage offer ample space for your group to spread out, making the property extra family-friendly (high chair, baby gate, + pack n' play included). MAIN HOUSE LAYOUT
The main living area, kitchen, and dining space are open concept, making it ideal for entertaining and allowing guests to be together while spreading out. Between the 24’ wood-vaulted ceilings, a full wall of windows letting in abundant light, as well as access to the expansive covered front porch, you'll feel surrounded by nature even when indoors. The main floor features the laundry closet, a full guest bath, as well as two of the bedrooms – one has an ensuite bathroom and the other has its own outdoor access to the hot tub deck.

The second-floor loft offers a dedicated office space for any remote work needs. The spacious primary suite is also on the second floor and includes an ensuite bathroom, electric fireplace, and its own private balcony.

CARRIAGE HOUSE LAYOUT
This separate suite is perfect for anyone wanting extra privacy, but it’s often used (and beloved) by kids who are thrilled to turn it into their very own "club house." Within the garage, a door leads to the full bathroom and a stairwell that heads up to the bedroom area. The entire space is very well-insulated so that guests are warm and cozy even in the winter months.

KITCHEN + DINING SPACE
This open concept space flows into the living area, making everyone feel like they’re together even while in different areas. This kitchen is strategically and perfectly equipped for serving up communal meals and is stocked with all of the cooking essentials and pantry staples. It sports ample counter space (featuring quartz countertops), a deep farmhouse sink, a dishwasher, and large refrigerator. The peninsula counter makes for a great breakfast bar that seats 4!

LIVING ROOM
Get ready to cozy up and relax! This area has an oversized, incredibly comfortable leather couch, two big arm chairs and the absolute guest favorite – a classic pellet stove fireplace! Whether you curl up to read a good book, play a board game (large selection in the home), watch a movie on the 46’ smart TV, or listen to music on the sound bar, you’re bound to enjoy most of your time at White Fir Adventures gathered in this room.

OFFICE
This space is right at the top of the open stairwell and looks out over the communal living space. The desk has ample working space, a desk lamp, and a printer (White Fir Adventures has high-speed internet).

OUTDOOR SPACE
Your adventures can start right in our backyard. With three separate decks, a fire pit with a ‘smokeless’ Solo stove, a hammock and lawn games – there’s so much to offer right here! The front deck is our ‘al fresco’ area featuring a dining table and a grill. The back deck houses the 6-person hot tub spa. The private upper balcony off of the primary suite has a serene seating space.

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS
All beds in the main house feature luxury memory foam mattresses for ultimate comfort. Each bedroom also has its own smart TV, all with Roku streaming devices that are easy to operate.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Donnelly, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Donnelly from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
