What an absolute gem! Nice quiet location for a short commute to Dorchester with excellent fresh clean big room and even better customer service. I stayed for work but they have nice SPA facilities for couples and families so a great opportunity to relax and have some peace and quiet.

Disappointed, but passable.

Largely underwhelming. Room was acceptable, nothing special. Very dated, but functional. We booked this hotel due to the supposedly incredible food, but this was not the case. The evening menu was limited to the bar menu due to staff shortages, and the breakfast was incredibly basic. The hotel is very much on par with an Ibis imo. But the staff very lovely.

Very comfy bed, room was a good size & light & clean. Bathroom had both shower & bath & was clean. Did not have any charging points in the room. Breakfast was very good, however not organised in keeping items in hot section topped up so ended up not having all items.

The outside car parking and gardens are an absolute disgrace They make the hotel appear derelict and unkept Inside all looks good, clean and tidy with welcoming staff First night half the food choses on the menu were not available ( no fish on a Friday ) When food came it was OK

Only stayed one night so not a fair assessment really. Room was okay but was a little disappointed that our friends that booked at the same time paid less for a better room. Maybe this is the fault of where we booked it and not the hotel but we paid over £20 more for a smaller room. The breakfast was nice but the service was a tad slow! Overall though I would recommend!
