The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was perfect. We stayed on after checkout and used the facilities in the bar and had a walk around the estate. Breakfast was great and overall our stay was amazing.

Beautiful room with a view of the garden. Excellent staff, polite, welcoming and extremely professional delivering an incredibly high standard of customer service. Grsa food, a blissfully peaceful environment. Even in terrible weather there was somewhere to sit quietly and read. Great pool and spa facilities with long opening hours and times set aside for adults.

The walls were so thin (we had two rooms in the newer end) we hardly slept each night. We could even hear the person next door snoring! I also was able to hear my 17 and 16 year old two rooms down laughing at the telly! Breakfast on the first day was great but the second day thy had run out of so much. No brown bread, no butter, only one pastry, no Greek yogurt, no fruit salad. I know it was Christmas but it wasn’t great. Communal areas were lovely, beautifully decorated but the rooms and corridors in our wing need a refresh. Unfortunately the steam room was closed, pool was quite cold and the sauna was full. So all in all a little disappointing.
