House Rules:

1.Quiet hours after 10 pm.
2. Max occupancy: 10 guests, including children.
3. Checkout by 10 am.
4. Check-in from 4 pm onward.
5. Please no littering.
6. Pet Policy: We can accommodate up to two small, hypoallergenic dogs (under 25 lbs) that are well-behaved and house-trained. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional pet fees apply—please inquire before booking. Undisclosed pets may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of the security deposit.
7. Early check-in may be available if no same-day checkouts occur, at $50/hour.
8. Spare propane tank provided; missing tanks incur a $250 fee.
9. For your security and smooth check-in, a signed rental agreement, government-issued ID, and a $500 security hold on a credit card are required. Detailed stay instructions will be emailed after booking confirmation.
