O hotel é excelente, assim como toda a equipe! Oferece muitas opções de atividades para toda família. A grande maioria já inclusas na diairia (arvorismo, rapel, tirolesas, caminhadas, passeio fazendinha, mini golf, entre outras) Equipe de monitoria para as crianças é sensacional. Refeições com muitas opções de qualidade. Quem busca relaxar e aproveitar um ótimo resort em clima de interior, é mais que indicado!

O quarto e as dependências são extremamente bem cuidados. A comida é muito variada e gostosa. Senti falta de opções com carnes, as opções para pegar um filé mignon, por exemplo, formava fila, não estava disponível facilmente. Dei o azar de fazer a reseva no dia que não há a megatirolesa. Paguei com cartão Black mas por não ter feito pelo site, mesmo solicitando, não recebi o benefício de checkoit late. Voltarei com certeza!!
