Single level villa set in a beautiful garden of 6,300 m2 with mature oak and olive trees, at walking distance (only 600 meters) from the perched medieval village of Flayosc with its many shops, restaurants and bars.
With 4 bedrooms; master bedroom with French windows leading to the terrace and en suite shower room with WC, second bedroom facing north and third bedroom facing west, a second shower room, 1 separate WC, spacious sitting room with fireplace, wooden beams and dining area, well-equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine..
Large covered terrace overlooking a flat lawn and pool area with a large private swimming pool (12m x 5.5m & between 3m & 1.5m deep). Double carport just next to the house.
The property is private - but far from being isolated.
An ideal setting for a family or a group of friends sharing their holiday.
There are plenty of nice walks near the property.
The Area: The area: Situated 0.5 km from the centre of Flayosc, 5 kilometres west of Draguignan, 1 hour from Nice Airport. Only 40 min away from the sandy beaches of the St. Tropez bay and the dramatic scenery of Gorges de Verdon. Perched medieval villages, olive mills, wine tasting and first class gourmet restaurants. There are 15 challenging golf courses within an hour's drive. There are plenty of nice countryside walks near the house.
