Scenic Solitude pois lyömältä polulta lähellä Estes Park / Rocky Mountain National Park

Tämä talo sijaitsee yli 7000 metrin korkeudessa melkein 2 hehtaarin korkeudella Rooseveltin kansallismetsässä. Eristäytynyt sijainti on täydellinen paikka rentoutua, mutta se on 27 km: n päässä Estes Parkista, CO (Rocky Mountainin kansallispuisto) ja sen tarjoamista monista kaupoista, ravintoloista ja retkeily- / pyöräilyreiteistä, vain muutaman minuutin päässä Nationalin matalapolkuisista retkeilyreiteistä. Metsä.

Kodissa on avoin konsepti, keittiö, olohuone ja ruokasali, jossa on pöytä, johon mahtuu 12 ihmistä. Keittiössä on niemimaa, joka istuu 6. Päätasolla on suuri (800 neliöjalkaa) kansi, jossa on jopa 12-paikkainen pöytä. Tällä tasolla on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja yksi kylpyamme. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on queen-vuode. Yhdessä huoneessa on Human Touch -hierontatuoli päivän pelaamisen jälkeen.

Alemmalla tasolla on kävelymatka, jossa suuret ikkunat ovat länteen avoinna ja paljon valoa. Alemmalla tasolla on iso pelialue, makuuhuone ja kylpyamme suihkulla. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja elokuvateatterissa, joka on meidän neljäs makuuhuone, on jousipatja futon. Saatavana on myös kuningatar, kaksitasoinen puhallettava patja. Pienimmille meillä on pakkaus ja leikkiä sänky.

Kodin mukavuuksiin kuuluu hyvin varustettu keittiö, 2 pellettiuunia, puhelin paikallisella palvelulla, langaton internetyhteys ja siihen liitetty, ylisuuri 2-auton autotalli.
Elokuvateatteriin (120 tuuman näyttö, 7. 1 surround-ääni) on kytketty Internet-palvelu netflix-lähetyksen ja runsaasti DVD / Blu Ray -elokuvien katseluun hauskan aktiviteettipäivän jälkeen.

Omistajat ovat luoneet perheen pelihuoneen uloskäyntikellariin, joka sisältää tikkataulun, lautapelejä, kattokaiuttimet musiikille, omistajan rakentaman räätälöityn biljardipöydän, märkä baarin, jossa astianpesukone / jääkaappi / viinijäähdytin, ja paljon paikkoja rentoutua.

After wedding family gathering

From the moment we began our drive up to this magical location, I knew we had chosen well. What a peaceful and serene spot to remove yourself from all of the activities of our everyday lives. Beautiful Mountain View and Fun for Entire Family

We had a group of 7 (5 adults and 2 teenagers) and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park are just 20-30 minutes away, and there is a small town about 10-15 minutes away, Glen Haven, with a general store that serves wine, beer, souvenirs, local arts and crafts, and good cinnamon rolls, ice cream, pie and sandwiches. While at the cabin, we enjoyed playing ping pong, chess, pool, and watched a movie in the movie room (which has a great sound system). The kids stayed in the movie room while the adults stayed in the other 3 bedrooms. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out, and also come together to play and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the large deck. Mark was very responsive to our questions and was a fabulous host. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great place for a family vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as we could have hoped for. The property was very well maintained and thorough directions were placed throughout the house to make things very easy. I will echo what others have mentioned, through no fault of the owner, the neighbor's dogs are very loud at times. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay here again.

Well needed Vacation off the grid!

The place was amazing! We stayed with our kids and grandkids. We loved the drive up the mountain to the house. Everyone loved the movie room, pool table and ping pong. The cell and Wi-Fi service was good for us, there was spotty areas in Big Thompson Canyon drive but didn’t bother us since we were wanting more of a get away. Would like to stay again.

Outstanding property

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spacious and clean and it had everything we needed. Mark was an attentive and gracious host. As city dwellers, we were amazed at how quiet the property was (except for an extremely vocal rooster somewhere nearby :)). We watched hummingbirds fly around the huge picture windows, and a small herd of deer snacked in the front yard one morning. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to stay again someday.

Family Slumber Party Fun

Our family does annual “ family slumber parties” and this is by far the best property we’ve rented. The living spaces, pool table, kitchen, theatre room are in almost new condition and very clean…perfect! Lots of games and entertainment with the ability to relax and enjoy as well. It snowed while we were there and the drive was mowed early as was road access. We’ll be back!
