Enjoy a spacious, open-plan living area where the living room, with its cozy stone fireplace, flows seamlessly into a modern, fully-stocked kitchen. The large dining table seats 12, perfect for sharing meals after a day of exploring. Step outside onto the backyard deck to grill, relax, and watch for the deer that frequently visit.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1 (Master): King Bed, a couch with a Pull-out Queen, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Two Queen Beds with a walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4: Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed.
An additional Queen air mattress is also available.

Bathrooms:
The master bathroom features jack-and-jill sinks, a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and a private water closet.
Bathroom #2 is a full bathroom within the third bedroom, featuring a newly tiled shower.
Bathroom #3 is a full bathroom located off the living room.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4-bedroom home. This includes all interior spaces, the backyard, the outdoor deck with grill, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to the garage.
We want you to have a wonderful and private stay. We will not be present at the property but are available to answer any questions or address any concerns via the booking platform`s messaging system. Our local contact is also available for any urgent needs.

Security Cameras: For your safety, security cameras are present on the exterior of the property ONLY.
Maintenance: Please notify us of any issues or broken items so we can repair them promptly for you or the next guest.
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
Long-Term Stays: For stays of 29 nights or more, an additional insurance fee will apply.
Teton Valley Property Management Rental Agreement is required to be signed upon booking this property.
