The apartment was uncomfortably, no hot water , safe box not working , cleaning of the apartment is bad ( fungus in the bath tab , floor is sticky, ceiling paint in the bathroom is damaged from water leaking, windows are not closing properly so the sound from street can be easily heard & also the air comes from it ) Bad experience in general Tried to change it , but there is not availability due the holidays season ( as they claim ) so I leave the property 2nd day ( one night I use from 7 nights I booked) , and I asked them to refund or they can rent it again ( as there is demand and holidays season as they claim ) , but nothings been sorted ( just saying that you booking is non refundable!!!!)

The Good News, it was a great location, a clean and beautiful place to stay. The bad news, I had the worst check-in experience ever. The property manager sent me a message that " no cleaning fees, no check-in" when I arrived after I was on a ~15 hours long flight, jetlagged, and the link he shared did not work with my back. He was unavailable when I arrived or checked out to process the payment or the fee. Added too much stress for something that should be simple. I would not recommend staying there. The property is awesome. However, the management ruined the experience for me.

Apartment was OK, Couch was uncomfortable. The bed linen and duvet were old. Old towels. Asked to be replaced and that was done the next day. Refilled liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner, not good. Used kitchen tissue rolls and tissue boxes.. Why???

It’s just ok property. Deposit is too much especially when there is so much other options closer by. Hotels.com doesn’t highlight this clearly under payment section but somewhere inside policies which is not right. Cleaning fee is absurdly high for this property. If you talk in room, the whole corridor can hear.

Una de las recamaras olia a orina, le comentamos al encargado de Oskena llamado Kirt, y nunca hizo nada. Desde antes de llegar, le dije que necesitaba un recibo de pago por cuestiones de impuestos en mi pais, me dijo que al final de la estadia me lo daba. La estadia termino el 29 de noviembre, ya van casi 2 semanas y todavia no me lo envia. Le he mandado mensajes y solo dice que que lo va a enviar y no lo hace, y no lo ha hecho

Superbe appartement de 125m2,très spacieux, tout équipé, très propre. A proximité à pied de la tour Borj khalifa et Dubai mall, le très grand centre commercial. je vous recommande..très bonne communication avec M. Mohab, qui a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. merci, je vous recommande cet hotel.
