Located in one of the most dynamic locations in Dubai. This jaw dropping apartment encapsulates the popular luxurious lifestyle of Dubai along with comfort and entertaining. As FIVE palm Jumeirah is an attractive spot for parties and exotic nightlife. The apartment offers one of a kind full sea view from the balcony where you can watch unforgettable views of the sunset.
The Space
The thoughtfully designed living area with a fine design features a comfortable sofa, a lounge chair, a glass top coffee table and a large smart TV where you may Netflix and chill while enjoying a nice winter breeze coming from the balcony in the lounge area featuring a sea view.
The elegant marble top Dining table can accommodate up to 4 persons and is situated next to a classy and spacious American style Kitchen which is fully equipped with essential kitchen appliances for a seamless stay.
The guests bathroom feature a toilet and a sink.
Master Bedroom
The elegantly furnished bedroom features a Queen-sized bed enriched with a comfy memory foam mattress and high quality cotton linens for a relaxing sleep.
The Bedroom also has a nice balcony where you’ll enjoy relaxing on the sunbed with a marvelous view of the sea.
An en-suite bathroom is spacious and features both a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, double basin, and a toilet. The bathroom is loaded with luxury bath amenities and high-quality towels for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including Beach access with lots of water activities, Gym, Shared Swimming pool and a spa as well in addition to exotic parties at the FIVE.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.
Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.

Whether you want to sail around it, sky-dive over it or take the monorail through it, The Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location for a blissful Dubai stays that boats plenty to do. It’s home to some of the most luxurious hotels in such as the famous ‘Atlantis The Palm’ with world-famous restaurant Nobu, Aquaventure Water Park, and The Lost Chambers - an aquarium like no other.
In the immediate vicinity, you can stroll along with Club Vista Mare – a series of seven restaurants built on a pier that stretches out over the water. Whenever you’re ready to head into the city, a 10-minute taxi will take you to the Palm’s neighboring areas such as Dubai Marina and JBR. For an extra 10 minutes to your journey, you could find yourself at Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, or the trendy DIFC for Fine Dining experiences Dubai style.

There is a monorail service that runs from Atlantis to the front Gates of the palm where you can jump on the Dubai Tram and Metro for access beyond. RTA taxis are at plenty on The Palm and Uber is widely used throughout the Emirate.
