Our unit offers a desert view with no skyscrapers blocking it. The main bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a shower, double sinks, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a stunning view, a wardrobe and a mirror. The spacious living room includes a 4-seat couch that can perfectly set a three to four individuals together and a balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee. For stays over 7 days, we provide free weekly bed sheet and pillow cover changes to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. Any additional cleaning required is 200 AED per visit. Perfect for three (3) to four (4) guests.

- Smoking is not allowed in the unit and will have 2000 AED penalty.
- Liqour and alcohol is not allowed in the unit, if found any traces will have 2000 AED penalty.
- Losing access cards will have 1000 AED penalty.
- All guests must send a passport copy on confirmation of the reservation.
- No parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No pets are allowed
- Late check out of 500 AED per hour after 12 pm.
- There are no refunds or change of reservation allowed after the check in takes place.
- Any excessive stains found in the apartment as the result of use of tan liquid/spray product or any similar skin product that leave stains will be fined with 1000 AED in addition to the cleaning fees of removal of the stains.
- Any violations that is against the building adherence guidelines will be paid by guest.
