Please note, there is no parking available in the building, but 10 visitor parking spots are available in front of the reception. There is also parking in the surrounding areas.

You’ll find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I provide complimentary tea and coffee to get you started until you can visit Spinneys, Smart Buy, Tekram or Green Farm supermarkets all within a 5-minute drive.

Sofa Bed Service: For bookings of 5 guests or more, the sofa bed will be set up automatically at no extra cost. For bookings of 4 guests or fewer, please notify us in advance if you require the sofa *beds, as a charge of AED 150 applies.

*Please note that guests are required to provide their address, email address, and passport copies for all members of the booking at least 24 hours prior to check-in; failure to do so will result to inability to check in. Please note that lost keys or key cards will incur a charge of AED 1,000 along with an additional AED 500 call-out fee for door opening and the cost of key replacement. Additionally, the apartment is strictly non-smoking, and violations will result in a penalty of AED 2,500.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
