The pool was unkempt and the pool attendant said the heater was faulty. The breakfast was predominantly Asian and not inclusive. Generally, the expectation was not met as per other Four Points facilities.

The property is old and quite far out. There’s nothing close by, the nearest mall is Dubai hills and it’s boring! Staff are lovely!! The food is very expensive and you’d expect more from a Sheraton

The reception staff were very cooperative and welcoming, which made for a pleasant check-in experience. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, though there is room for improvement. Additionally, transportation options should be reconsidered, as the hotel is somewhat remote and lacks convenient access to nearby locations
