On the shuttle to the airport, the other guests' luggates were thrown out of the card behind the shuttle. The shuttles themselves didn't come on time and in cases were cancelled without any announce as such, leaving the guests waiting unadvised for 45-50 minutes, when the shuttle had been originally advised to depart every 30 minutes 24/7.

We booked a room advertised as having two king beds and a sofa bed, but were given a room with two small double beds instead. When we raised the issue, the hotel falsely insisted these were king beds — even though that’s clearly not the case. It’s disappointing that a reputable brand like Holiday Inn would stand by an inaccurate room description rather than address the concern honestly. The listing does not reflect the actual room provided, and guests should be aware that the “two king beds” category appears to be misleading. Also, the shower had a clogged drain and was out of the shower gel in the dispensers. Not a great way to start a stay after a long flight.

Hotel staff is very helpful and nice also the breakfast is very good but if you arrive late and depending the hotel shuttle it’s not too reliable I want for more than 45 minutes at 2 am so a decided to take a taxi.
