This is not a hotel. This is a privately run apartment. I wasnt allowed to use my card to pay the bond (as per the booking info which i didnt get until i paid the booking at 4am same day and i didnt notice) i was only allowed to use cash the agent finally let me speak to the manager who was very rude and tried to make me out to be a liar that im trying to access the apartnement without paying the bond, even when i told her i just want to put my bags in the room so i can get her the money she said no i had 3 small kids with me who were hungry and she didnt care. I was litterally begging her and crying to her for help she kept saying no too bad you cant leave the luggae in the room without the bond even with agent supervision but you cannot leave the luggage at reception and leave the building to get money or feed my kids or go toilet. Eventually i got into the room as my husband came to give the cash and when i got into the room it was dirty and not made from the previous tenants so i had to leave the room and house keeping had to clean it. At check out i didnt get my cash back because they gave me some excuse how the night shift person wasnt available luckily we had a UAE account for a deposit to be made even though we werent allowed to pay the bond with transfer and that was the whole problem to begin with. I would never recomend this place to anyone it also stunk of cigarettes. The name luxury is a lie
