Room smelled like sewer, there's a nightclub right under my room which kept me up until 3am, requested drinking water from housekeeping which never arrived, ordered a meal that was unsavory, kettle was broken, no iron or ironing board in the suite, uncomfortable bed, and did I mention the sewer smell??...
