This hotel is definitely 5 star, the room was beautifully decorated and spacious and most importantly clean, the service was amazing from front desk, kitchen staff to housekeeping all 5 star service. The area was nice and quiet as well, if you want to be near downtown Dubai but not stay in the hustle bustle, then this place is nice and peaceful, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Palace hotel is Even more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The room was spacious, extremely clean, and filled with natural light. High-quality bedding, very comfortable bed, elegant bathroom, and excellent evening turndown service that added a refined touch each night. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Attention to detail is evident throughout the property, and overall comfort level is high. The hotel is located in a peaceful yet central area, with nearby cafés, supermarket, water taxi access, metro connection, and approximately 20 minutes to the airport. Beautiful sunset views. One minor note: the 20% guest discount at the lobby café was not applied due to a system issue and required clarification at reception. Improving coordination between departments would enhance convenience. Overall, highly recommended and definitely worth booking.

Sharar at reception was excellent check in and very polite and excellent customer service Good range of breakfast but you have to ask for hot drinks three to four times before you get or food comes quicker than the hot drinks The lobby guy was very rude which I complained, Akhili who was in lobby was excellent but not his colleague in morning he was more interested in serving better service to other guests than an Indian Pool seems a bit small Overall second thoughts of staying there again
