Our main issue was the water in our walk-in shower didn't drain. Personnel checked on this the first day but didn't resolve it. We assumed it was fixed but it wasn't, and we weren't told anything. When we went to use it again, and it still wasn't working, we had to repeat the process of trying to get it fixed and were then told it would take 2 days to fix. We were moved rooms basically across the resort from our other family members who had been right beside us so that was frustrating/taints my review...

Internet access wasnt great. Wifi doesnt work so well . Our laptop didntnwork at all. Beds arent so comfortable, matresses arent soft clearly old. Tjere are maybe 2 chanells on tv thatbwere in english and tnere is no options to log into netflix or anything like that so we couldnt watch tv. Rooms are small . Its not terrible but not the best accomodations. Overall hotel is neat ans clean. Food was good, the buffet had a lot of options that were good. Pools are big and spacious plenty of room. Consoder getting your beds early in the am , around 10 30 am they are all taken. But there is a lot of beds on the beach . Beach was beautiful and warm water. Commute from hotel to city center is about 25 minutes so its not very close but its okay if you have a rented car. Its on dubai islands tjere is nothing here other then 2 hotels, so around here you wont find anywhere to go or eat, the whole area is under construction will be very nice prob in 5 years or so. Hotel doesnt accomodate late cheout they charge 30 aed per person per hour for extended time which is ridiculous in my opinion . The spa at the hotel was great loved the treatments we had . Overall okay experience not the best but decent . Next time will book somewhere closer to downtown area .

Property was very nice and clean. Staff was AMAZING especially the Activity staff. I wish you had an adult only entertainment area as it was very challenging when parents allowed their children to do whatever.
