It was in a great location... near Mall and City Walk.... bus to the beach etc. I disnt receive an upgrade wished I had. But the staff were friendly and helpful, food was good and drinks reasonable.... pool was clean..wish it was adult only ia my only gripe I guess as it's in quiet an adult area. Would definitely recommend :)

It's a nice place. The food was great. I would definitely stay here again. One negative: the live music in the lobby made dinner conversation difficult.

Excellent staff and wonderful service

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and every time I leave here feeling massively appreciated as a guest. The hotel facilities are perfect for a business trip but what I value the most are the people who deliver the most wonderful service. Whether it's the reception team or the F&B team, they always ensure that my stay is valued. This is my go-to hotel for Dubai and I look forward to coming back here again soon.

This hotel was incredible, near all prime locations in Dubai, you have such a nice view, food was delicious! The staff were beyond great, always attentive and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again! Make sure to ask for John as your server, amazing guy!

The property was very clean, good amenities, breakfast was excellent each day. Level of Attention and accommodation was off the chart especially two employees John (in the mornings) and Bertrand (at night) made our stay extra especial.

The hotel location is great, rooms and other facilities are well maintained. The staff is welcoming and professional. The rates are a bit on the high side and i had to pay an additional full day at an expensive rate because i arrived early morning and they usually handover the room in the afternoon.

Great location

We chose this hotel for the excellent location and it did not disappoint. The central location made it easy to walk to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall as well as to walk to the metro station. We loved the breakfast selection and the restaurant was also great for dinner.
