The front desk staff stood out. However when i tried to park my car, the valet staff gave me a hard time. The promise was "free self parking". In reality, this didn't exist. It took a lot of haggling and negotiations for me to park my car on my own.

The service I experienced at this hotel was outstanding, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms with a Marina view are stunning. The hotel has an amazing roof top pool which I highly recommended. I celebrated my birthday there and they gave me a tasty chocolate cake delivered to my room. I stayed in a few hotels in Dubai and The Lana have the most comfortable beds, I slept so good. I ordered room service for breakfast, delivered on time and again the service was perfect however I have to he honest if I compare the room service breakfast to other hotels in Dubai I did find The Lana lacked flavour and arrived a little cold. The cocktails were delicious
