Great location & accommodation. Cleaning a concern

My overall stay was excellent. the location was perfect for me within walking distance to Business Bay. The staff at Unlock Metropolis were all very helpful and welcoming, especially Marceline at reception and Samuel the security officer. I can' t thank them all enough. The only thing that I would like to point out which was a little concern is the cleaning, A hotel would clean the room each day but not a Unlock Metropolis. I didn't need my room cleaning everyday but stayed for 2 weeks and the room was not cleaned at all. If I had stayed a month then that would be a concern to me and I probably wouldn't book to stay here again. You can pay for cleaning but that would not happen at a hotel.

Nice Brilliant Hotel Terrible Operation Manager

The hotel itself was brilliant and really nice hotel…. However, the operation manager by the name Hussein is absolutely terrible, unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. The rooms was fully equipped, clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay at hotel in general but never wanted to deal with Hussein again.

First of all, this is not a hotel but residential building.it seems somebody purchased 5-6 suite apts and renting out thru Expedia or any other traveling website. TheIt was one the worst experience that I had with my family due to the following: - Customer services weren’t professional while dealing with customers! They are advertising canal view and king bed but there is no canal view and no king bed but queen size. We asked to change room, we were denied. We asked for extra bed since there is no king bed, the very rude operation manager denied and asked 50$ per night for the extra bed. We had to sleep in queen size bed while we stayed. - Hotel location in a very dull area! - No professional staff in this hotel “trolly boy, house keeping, security and etc…” - No simple amenities in the washroom “Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, etc…” - The apartment was dusty and smells so bad from other residence apartment “Alcohol, cigarettes Smell and you may name all worst smell” - Big roaches in the kitchen - Stains on sofas and bath tub - Even there is no proper lobby or sign board of the hotel! - Even they don’t have a land line number similar to other hotel in the world and asking you to put your requirements through WhatsApp! - The photos which was posted in booking an are not similar to reality In nutshell, stay away from this property which is full SCAM!!!
