My only problems with the apartment were the furnishings. We were given a handicap accessible room and maybe that was why? One large chair in the living area. No place for two adults to sit comfortably and we had two twin beds that I had requested be put together but they weren’t. But they were very comfortable. I think we may have been better off with a studio rather than the one bedroom. Great location for our needs.

When we arrived we were told we needed ID for everyone staying. I’ve never had to do this before for a hotel in the UK/Ireland and it also wasn’t in the terms/rules stated by hotels.com. We were swiftly told that it was in the hotels policy. Which clearly doesn’t reflect onto hotels.com when booking. We live in Ireland so really didn’t see the need for identification. It was a great inconvenience as two of our party didn’t have any ID with them and had to go to great lengths to contact someone from home to go get their ID to send it through. I think an update on the rules on hotels.com would need to be addressed as not everyone carries ID 24/7. Especially in their own country where they live. Other than that the room was good and the amenities were good for what we needed. It’s just infortunate it started on a sour note.

Very nice hotel for the $. We did have a slight problem with the hot water for a few days while we were there, but we were out and about anyways. The best part about this hotel was the separate bedrooms with queens beds for my daughter and I. Also, the breakfast downstairs is amazing!!! Really good food and coffee. Highlight of our stay for sure. Overall we would book here again
