Conveniently located just 20 minutes walk from St. Stephens Green. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and always available. Hotel has onsite parking. Surface parking is often full, undeground usually has spaces but tricky to get in and out - entrance is narrrow.

Dublin visit

It is a beautiful hotel and about a 15 minutes walk to St. Stephen’s green and Grafton street which was wonderful. We walked into town as a result and didn’t require a taxi or bus.

Hotel lovely, clean tidy and well looked after. However stood with my brother at the bar to buy a drink , waited for ages no one else at bar waiting eventually two people turned up to be served and were served before us ,so we decided to leave.....bar staff terrible ( sun 17th aug 2025 around 5pm)

it was great and the people and the front desk at night time were extremely helpful but the cleanliness in the room wasn’t the best as it was dusty, hairs left in the shower and crumbs on the bed also some sort of hole in the wall

Glad we picked this hotel

Set in a nice area of Dublin with an Aircoach stop right outside. 20 minute walk into the centre. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and very comfortable beds. Breakfast available if needed. Would recommend and definitely stay there again

Could be better with more attention to rooms

Hotels is chain and very large , but with so many rooms they could do more to keep on top of maintenance. Due to nature of stays one or two days I guess people cannot be bothered to report issues, in our room 781 , the bathroom door eschuceon fell off, there was black mould on silicon around bath , an pink mould ( more due to lack of cleaning ) , low batteries in remote so poor range , and a bedside lamp with failed bulb, I wonder how often someone checks the room . In terms of bar/ restaurant, food was great , put its so poorly lit it’s a job for even the staff to see what they are doing , I was brought a pint of lager instead of cider due to low light levels . Breakfast ok , but no offer for fried / poached eggs unless you ask , infact you have to catch a waiters attention for everything like coffee. Overall ok but not luxury , it served a purpose . Taxi rank outside and direct bus stop from airport ( 700) useful

Very disappointing

A bit disappointing to be honest. It was very expensive and yet there wasnt even a bottle of water left in the room. The grouting in the bathroom left a lot to be desired and was pretty gross looking in places. The desk had a curcular hole through which we shoulve been able to access a plug socket but it was not accessible and seemed jammed. There was only 1 plug socket between the 2 beds, not ideal when needing to charge 2 phones. I.understand that during the Dublin Horse Show, hotel prices skyrocket but this hotel is still a half hour walk so its not exactly on the doorstep and for the money, it massively missed the mark unfortunately.

Conveniently located near bus stop. Can get crowded with tourists and more dining options would be appreciated. Also, it should be clear that most rooms views are generic urban not what the charming Georgian featured on the website. Lastly, workout room is a disappointment. The weights are too heavy for most women, starting at 6 kilos.
