Reception staff were poor, we had check in issues, 1st time - Wrong room card 2nd time - Wrong room and bed size 3rd time - urine on carpet next to bed 4th time - Bingo nice room. All could have been put right by a simple apology, which we didnt get just a shrug and a hmmmm! Did however receive an apology from the reservations Manager and Guest Services.

Comfy dublin stay

A large, modern and well-appointed hotel in a nice area, 20 min stroll or 5 min cab from centre. Option of big buffet breakfast or good coffee n pastries in lobby, all at extra charge. A good stay at a comparatively reasonable price. Nice walk along grand canal nearby.

Lovely staff at reception shout out to the ladies working there. It's a huge hotel and very clean and comfortable. My room was a tad noisy but not too disturbing. Had a great restful stay. Perfect hotel for business or travel really.

Decent hotel, only stayed one night for convenience, like all hotels in Ireland much too expensive, food was also expensive, €22 for fish and chips is a bit much tbh, fish was really good but chips felt like they were cheap oven chips. Breakfast was ok but not even close to the type of spreads you get in most decent European hotels and AVOID the coffee or at least what they call coffee, it was terrible, would use again if convenient but wouldn't use for a long stay
