Overall a good hotel albeit currently undergoing construction for a new Restaurant. The rooms albeit spacious, could do with a refurbishment as well. During the stay, there is no aircon in the room. The small fan in the room would not really provide cold air and the room felt a bit stuffy. Furthermore, maintenance should adjust the door hinges, as they slam almost all night. A felt pad would stop the bathroom door from banging as well. The Sinks were all blocked, for both the bathtub and sink. Surely housekeeping would see this? Spa facilities were OK as well, even though none adheres to the signs. We had kids in the jacuzzi, even though none under 16 should be in there. The opening times for the Spa are also fairly short and can only swim until 18:30 which means after a long day in the office, I could not swim in the evening or very early mornings. Overall, an OK stay.

Property was very clean, very well located to restaurants and dockside. Staff was really nice. The one thing is, it's kind of an old building so there's no ventilation or air conditioning, but the balcony door is open enough to provide some air in the room has a fan. This is a great hotel in a good location. The staff was friendly and professional! The pool is nice, and children enjoyed themselves. Breakfast was wonderful with many food options.
