Proximity to the airport with free shuttle service was a definite plus. Shuttle bus leaves every about every 20 minutes or so from bus stance 16 from terminal 1. Drivers are very friendly and helpful with luggage handling. Breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Both checkin and checkout

This is a great place to stay if you want convenient access to the airport. The hotel runs busses back and forth to the airport every 15 to 20 minutes. The property is clean and the staff are fantastic. The dinning facilities are great as well.

The location next to the Dublin airport was great for our early flight the next morning. We had golf bags and luggage with us as international travelers. While we took the elevator to our room, there were about 5 stairs on our floor to get to your room. That was challenging with luggage as the assistive lift was not operating. The design and layout are terrible. I would suggest a small ramp to accommodate travelers. This hotel is by the airport so I would imagine most hotel guests will have luggage.

I liked the fact that it was a bit away from the airport and had a free shuttle. Two lounge areas one for food and one to rest in and also a good Italian restaurant. There were fields and green space although it was not available for guests. Staff were pleasant and efficient considering how many travelers came and went. Busy hotel with people arriving at all hours.

We were able to take a bus in to Sword & enjoyed a lovely dinner. Nothing around the hotel except for it’s restaurant which found pricey.
