Central location, clean & comfortable!

Great central location to most things in Dublin. Breakfast buffet was extensive and replenished frequently. Service was friendly and quick. Room/bed was comfortable - a little noisy at times but that was due to our room being on the back side by the garbage bins and at street level. Only caveat is due to the size of the hotel - we had to take two different elevator banks and walk down multiple long hallways to get to our room each time. Also it’s frustrating not to have bottled water in the room - they give you a carafe that you can fill with bathroom water. The “gym” is a joke for the size of the hotel FYI. Overall would stay again.

Comfortable hotel with convenient location

We booked this hotel while attending an event. We stayed in the older part of the hotel. Room had been updated, but decor seemed a little "tired." Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. Staff all frienfly and helpful.

Wonderful first time in Dublin

The location is great, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was really. There were a couple minor issues with housekeeping. We had to ask for sheets a couple times for the pullout bed and we had to go to them for toilet paper a couple times instead of it just being replaced. All in all it was a very positive experience and we would stay there again

Very nice hotel, clean room and close to a lot of things including the city tram and shopping. But for our stay the shining stars were breakfast and all of the staff. Breakfast was excellent with a full compliment of items. The staff at breakfast and front desk were exemplary: attentive, pleasant, and at peak form doing an excellent job. We were very impressed.

The hotel room was amazing, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. But the location right downtown was very sketchy/busy/noisy/dirty and the parking situation was less than ideal - you need to park in a garage 2 blocks behind the bldg which did not feel safe arriving at night. Also there is NOWHERE to park in front of the bldg to drop off your family or bags.
