Property was conveniently located for our tour meet ups. Most were 10-15 minute walks from hotel. Shopping and restaurants near by. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Negative: Room was warm, couldn’t get it to a comfortable temperature. We requested a fan and room service brought us one quickly. Housekeeping staff neglected to leave us clean towels and wash cloths. Also left us with no toilet paper in the bathroom. Apparently there was a sporting event taking place in Dublin. Kind of like a superbowl event. Thousands of fans all over Dublin. The hotel neglected to warn us about the game and that the hotel was a sponsor. We were shocked when there were hundreds of people downstairs.

Amazing service

The staff at the RIU are fantastic. very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing great selection and again the staff were friendly. The rooms were acceptablle a bit small for a king bed and no view Air conditioning was a bit difficult to change but again acceptable The bathrooms were spotless and updated We would stay again

The lobby is gorgeous the rooms and floors are dark with an odd vinyl tile and very basic, especially compared to the lobby, bar and restaurant. Despite being more inland all we heard was seagulls who were nesting and hanging out on the roof top building next to ours. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are very very basic

The Riu Gresham was an oasis of comfort and delight! From the lovely en suites, with comfortable beds, to the attentive staff, and wonderful meal service, we would stay there again in a heartbeat. After reading other reviews about parking, we chose to drop our car off at the airport before settling into the hotel. It was about a 30 minute ride and cost our son in law about 20 euros. To get back to the airport, you can catch the AerBus right across from the hotel. Just make sure you give yourself a bit of a window. Our driver left 5 minutes before the scheduled ride!

Nice hotel. Well situated

Check in was slow as it was busy when we arrived. Our room was large and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower was very good. Breakfast was very good. Our other booking for our daughter at the same hotel at the same time was a similar review with only one issue. The uht milk in the room was off. Overall an enjoyable stay.
