The room was clean and the staff was friendly, yet not helpful. Our room was on the sixth floor. There is no elevator to that floor and we had to drag four suitcases and two backpacks up a flight of stairs to get to our room. No one offered to assist. Very inconvenient. The balcony in the room was closed off and the view was a concrete wall. Not appealing. The parking at q-park was atrocious. Again had to wheel numerous bags almost a block to get to the front of the hotel to check in. Again, no assistance provided. We were told at checkout about another “hotel” ramp that’s closer. The location is close to many places within walking distance in Dublin. And public transportation very close at all times. I would not do a return visit to this location.
