Great area, staff, and breakfast. From the airport take the 16 or 13 and get off at upper O'Connell St Upper, stop 277(lighted "DUBLIN" sign then cross the street) Can purchase the leap pass 18 euros for the 3 day in a shop by the busses. Save the money to get a taxi (about 10 euros) when your done exploring for the day. Plenty of eating options, there is a portal to see other cities around the world down the street. The negatives: the phone was nor functional to call out or reception, fluctuations in water temperature scolding to cold sporadically, the light in the hallway had no switch and you had to remove the key so no ability to charge as you slept. taxi

Main complaint was on returning to the hotel at 1am this morning sat 7th feb, some of the behaviour by a group of people in the bar was completely out of order. 4 of them were extremely drunk or high, vocally very loud, playing music on their phone at full volume on the bar counter. They also left an unbelievable mess, eating chinese food. Not acceptable behaviour for a hotel of your standings

We had such a great stay here. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the staff were so attentive and really friendly and the breakfast had thee best variety. The added extras of fresh cold water and ice machine on our floor was great. The 12pm check out time was also an amazing bonus. The location was right in the centre of Dublin with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. We can not wait to return here. 5 stars all round from us.

Hotel was excellent. Breakfast was average. Very crowded. Major drawback was corridor noise from whatever flooring has been installed. Could hear every conversation and suitcase being wheeled along.
