The hotel was very unique and historic. We stayed in an Elegance Double Room which provided great space, a comfortable king bed and amenities, in addition to a nice welcome package with Ireland favorites. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Temple Bar, with quick access to bars, restaurants and convenient stores. The neighborhood was very safe, and rooms were quiet.

Gem of a hotel in Temple Bar

Location was perfect for eating and shopping staff was great at getting us taxi when needed Pinot Grigio was nice Tomato soup lovely I highly recommend this gem

The location is perfect but definitely a little noisy at night. Lots of space in the rooms. Good water pressure. Comfortable lobby and restaurant. Not too many gluten free food options. The service was not good at all except for 1 employee who had only been there a week

Daily housekeeping was very good...thorough, timely and friendly. Room 403 was quite difficult to reach (elevator/up stairs/dowon stairrs) and not guest friendly at all older guests. Also, significant noise from alley below this wing...I'd recommend staying away from that second. Beds and bedding were quite comfortable while room was small. Lovely lobby but it was awkward having a drink or food there and not having the ability of charging to the room. Breakfast selection was good but staff there was vwe6y quiet. Evening security was visible and courteous.

Just left the hotel and have to say it is a lovely one. It is right at the beginning of the Temple Bar area. There is a Tesco supermarket right in front and you can walk from to all the main attractions with ease. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. One thing I do have to mention is that our room had no air conditioning but let me tell you that by leaving the window a bit open, the room was cold and comfortable. Valerie handled our frustration with grace, understanding and respect, and was very helpful with arranging our transportation at all times. We recommend this hotel, just make sure to check if your room have air conditioning or not so there are no surprises.

The room was so small it was impossible for two people to move around in. No suitcase storage, no place to store clothing. No dresser no drawers! Our room faced an ally where fighting, drug deals,garbage trucks banged and delivery trucks through stuff out every morning. The room was so hot we had to keep our windows open and dealt with this night and day. Horrible place to sleep.

Very nice. Great location, great food, great service. Everything cleaned and towels replenished everyday by housekeeping. If I was returning to Dublin I would 100% stay here again. So would recommend :)

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, the room did not match the lobby luxury. Room size ok, double bed not very comfortable - sink into middle of bed. Bathroom modern and new. Breakfast good (dining room in basement with no windows), but good service and selection. All in all our stay was good.
