Luxury Villa near Dubrovnik for up to 10 guests with swimming- and whirlpool

Villa Soline is located gorgeously having a breath-taking sea view, and the only sounds that you will hear are the chippering of the domestic birds and the small boats sailing on the sea. The House is built of high quality Dalmatian stone, surrounded by ancient olive groves and oak trees. We provide a safe parking lot for all our guests and their personnel.

The Villa offers 440 m2 of living space divided over three floors and an infield of more than 1000m2 containing a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi of 50 m2 and a beautiful terrace with sundeck. On the infield you can also find lovely gardens with Mediterranean vegetation giving you the opportunity to relax and marvel at the sparkling Adria. Villa Soline offers luxury accommodation for a maximum of 10 guests.

On the ground floor all the common spaces for use such as a great living room, a dining room offering space for all 10 people, a luxury equipped kitchen that satisfies the highest standards, a conservatory with an indoor-fireplace as well as a bathroom and a laundry/utility room. The living- and dining rooms have access to the exteriors with uncovered and covered terraces featuring garden furniture and outdoor tables and chairs.

The first floor contains two bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. All rooms have access to generous balconies. This floor can also be used as accommodation for personnel as it has an own entry and can be separated from the rest of the house but also grants easy access to all the other rooms.

On the second floor you can find two spacious bedrooms with a hallway and two bathrooms, one of them including a two person sauna and a massage bathtub. Each room has access to the balcony, even the great bathroom has an own small balcony where you can enjoy the view after a relaxing bath. Each room and terrace has a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea providing intimate and comfortable ambiance for your perfect vacation.

The interior consists of solid wooden furniture and stands out in style and passion for detail.

Our Villa is provides WiFi internet access, satellite TV, air conditioned and can be heated by a central heating system. The changing of bed linen and towels as well as a cleaning service is included every 4 days, but an everyday maintenance can be booked extra for a small fee. Just tell us your wishes, we are sure to be able to fulfill them. The Swimming pool and garden is cleaned on a daily basis in the early morning or evening hours to prevent disturbances.
