This property is conveniently located off Hwy. 20, however there is traffic noise. The exterior of the property is tired and poorly maintained. The breakfast was mediocre at best and not stocked well.

Excellent room with clean and nice bed, bathroom, towels and fridge/mw. Quiet and feels safe. Outsides are clean and safe with green grass to walk my young dog. Good services very close and right off the main road. Staff super nice. Brkfst is modest but they have good hot coffee! A definite keeper.

Subpar breakfast. Room has a bloodstained pillow, and leftover bandaid on the table, dirty jacuzzi, and broken fireplace that didn’t turn on. Hated this so much.

This a BASIC hotel. It was clean and satisfactory. But the breakfast was really really basic. The coffee was really weak. I did not expect eggs or meat, but a little yogurt would be nice. This would even make the absence of any kind of sweet pastry acceptable.

This property is outdated and feels damp. While the bedding was clean, pulling back the bedding revealed prominent dark stains on the mattress. The front desk person was a very nice woman who was very professional and helpful. The worst part of this stay was when we started getting ready for bed, I noticed a cockroach on the far wall. Nope. Not doing that. Those get into your luggage and you're bringing home unwanted souvenirs. We left and went to the Dubuque Holiday Inn and Conference Center. It was only 15 minutes from Peosta and it was clean, updated and relaxing. I'd recommend spending a bit more and avoiding this place.
