Welcome to your cosy holiday apartment in Dugi Rat, just a few steps from the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained family house and offers space for up to 4 people – ideal for families, couples or small groups looking for relaxation and proximity to the sea.
The 55 m² accommodation offers two comfortable bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – as well as two modern en suite bathrooms. The bright living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen invites shared meals. From here, you can directly access the private balcony with a magnificent view of the Adriatic – the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a glass of wine in the evening.
For additional comfort, there is air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV and a washing machine (shared use with the landlord). A baby bed can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed.
The house is located just 30 metres from the nearest gravel beach, while a beautiful sandy beach can be found approximately 1.6 km away. A private parking space is available at the property, and in the garden, you will find a barbecue area and a small play area for children.
In the nearby area, you will find restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and other amenities. The charming small town of Omiš is just a few kilometres away and offers numerous opportunities for active holidaymakers: Rafting and kayaking on the Cetina River, climbing, hiking and various water sports. Day trips to Split, Brač or to nature parks in the region are also easily possible.
