The accommodation:

In the down-to-earth Ruhrort district with typical Ruhrpott charm (some find it harsh, a mixed audience, all normal for the Ruhrpott), we have created a very practical and centrally located retreat. We have paid attention to very high-quality furnishings and feel-good decor. The 45 sqm studio apartment offers a sleeping area with a king-size box-spring bed for the highest demands in a spacious room. Allergy-friendly bedding from Schiesser ensures a high cozy factor.

In the adjoining living area you can find a fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette with dishwasher, very quiet fridge with small freezer compartment, induction plates, oven, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, toaster, kettle, microwave and full crockery equipment. The stylish dining table seats 4 people and enjoys a bright atmosphere facing a large window front.

Next to it we created a cozy couch corner with a small table for relaxing. If you like, you can enjoy video content on the 55-inch Fire Smart TV, which includes Netflix and normal TV channels. You can also use your own access to all typical streaming services, etc. The TV can be easily turned towards the bed using the telescopic arm. If required, the sofa can be converted into a queen-size bed for up to 2 people, which also offers the feel-good cuddle factor with a high-quality topper, pillows and comforters.

The light-flooded window front also features a fully equipped workstation with USB-C docking station, monitor, keyboard, mouse and multifunctional printer, which can also be used for long business stays. A 100 Mbit internet connection is included.

The bathroom has a shower with a normal shower head and a Grohe rain shower. Luxurious shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are provided complementary. You will also find a washer-dryer in the hallway to be independed and to make long stays more comfortable.

We aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction: please contact us if there is a problem that needs to be solved or if you are missing something. We are happy to provide a small initial supply of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, sweetener, washing-up liquid and detergent, shower gel and shampoo, so that you don't have to worry about anything for the time being. We obtain our towels and bed linen from high-quality hotel suppliers.
