The stylish loft is located on the top floor on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building from 1903. During the renovation, it was important to us to preserve the old character from that time and to supplement it with modern elements.

A staircase takes you to the gallery, where the living room is located in the open roof truss. A real eye-catcher is the spacious sofa, on which you can make yourself comfortable. Or take a seat on one of the large beanbags and enjoy a book from our Perry Rhodan novel collection. A lounge bed is also available.

The modern ambience, the exposed wooden beams and the different light sources offer you a lot of comfort. A lot of light falls through the large skylight and you have a beautiful view of the sunset over the roofs of Duisburg.

The ALEXA language assistant not only allows you to listen to music comfortably, but is also available to answer your questions.
