While it may look like a typical redstone townhouse, this condo is uniquely special in Duluth's history. This 1880 condo truly looks over the city and lake with the best view in town. While this townhouse looks fairly non-descript, this structure was actually one of the very first structures built in Duluth, that was built to last in which set the tone for future construction in the city.
