Very welcoming staff at both reception and in the restaurant. Spa staff were also happy to discuss the facilities for next time I stay, which I will certainly do in a few months time when back in Ireland

The hotel exceeded expectations, staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms fantastic, spa amazing . Nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to Nieve behind reception, gave the personal touch, very friendly and a joy to be around. I will definitely be staying here again. Nearer 5 star than 4 in my opinion.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇮🇪

The only redeeming quality was the thermal spa. The room had bugs in it. The property had litter on the walking paths. The staff was not great at the Terrace eatery. The food was just okay. Would not recommend
