Living Space and Bedrooms

The open plan living area is bright and elegant, with views across the River Tay. The space combines a modern kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining table for four, and a lounge area with sofa and chairs. Glazed doors and monochrome styling create a light and welcoming environment that extends throughout the hallway, bedrooms, and bathroom.

Both bedrooms feature king size beds, with the second bedroom capable of splitting into two singles if needed. Bedroom one opens onto the balcony, making it a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise over the river. The bathroom is generously sized and includes a walk-in shower, separate bath, large sink, and WC, providing a luxurious space to refresh after a day exploring.

Broughty Castle, dating from 1490, is a short stroll and now houses a museum detailing the history of this charming fishing village.

Broughty Ferry train station is nearby, and the city of Dundee is only four miles away, offering excellent road, rail, and air links. Local bus routes and National Cycle Network Route 1 provide easy access to coastal cycling paths. Dundee itself has a vibrant waterfront, including the V&a Dundee museum, historic ships, urban beach, theatres, and shopping, while the surrounding countryside offers scenic walking and cycling routes. The area is also close to the beaches of Angus and Fife, as well as world-renowned golf courses including St Andrews and Carnoustie.
