Unique and interesting hotel in historic building. We loved all the little touches and extras in the room, the hosts had really thought of everything! Really comfy stay also and great breaky. Highly recommend.

Everything about this boutique hotel is unique and very, very beautiful. It is steeped in history which is honored respectfully and with great taste. Our top floor balcony has breathtaking views across Dunedin, the harbor and peninsula. ….you are truly in the sky. Bed - incredibly comfortable, room very warm and cosy, down stairs dining and pool room relaxed but stunning. Breakfast delicious and very generous.. and the Hosts are just lovely. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city … walk back up hills not too deadly at all. Perfect location to explore this divine city. We really couldn’t recommend highly enough.
