This beautiful 4-bedroom chalet in Septon comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests, offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Surrounded by tranquil nature, the chalet features a private sauna and bubble bath, perfect for unwinding after exploring the scenic area. The recreation room provides entertainment with foosball, billiards, darts, boules, and a variety of board games. Located just 5 km from the charming town of Durbuy, you'll find restaurants and shops nearby. The garden includes comfortable furniture and a terrace with a barbecue, ideal for family gatherings. The chalet is child-friendly, equipped with a children's bed, high chair, and play equipment for little ones. Liège Airport is 46 km away. Please note, this property does not rent to groups under 30 and prohibits student, bachelor, or drinking parties to ensure tranquility.

Hele mooie locatie en een prachtige grote tuin. Het huis heeft echter wat onderhoud nodig. De sauna en douchedeur van het bijgebouw lopen vast op de grond de douche zelf komt bijna van de muur. De jacuzzi deksel is kapot en de tegels in het terras zijn afgebroken. Ook in het huisje veel mankementen zoals losse raamrubbers, slecht sluitende ramen en waterschade in de badkamervloer waardoor vloerplanken omhoog komen. De keuken was aardig uitgerust, maar je kunt de tafel niet dekken voor 9 personen omdat er minder stuks aanwezig zijn.

Das Haus ist möglicherweise ein wunderschöner Ort, weist jedoch einen großen Wartungsrückstand auf. Aus diesem Grund haben wir wirklich viel zu viel für dieses Haus bezahlt. Es gab auf jeden Fall einen gastfreundlichen Empfang, wir fühlten uns auf jeden Fall willkommen. Allerdings ist die Küche beispielsweise aufgrund des Wartungsstaus und der begrenzten Ressourcen zu teuer für das, was man bekommt, und die Möglichkeiten in einigen Bereichen entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen. Bei der Ankunft war der Wasserhahn in der Küche halb locker, aber glücklicherweise wurde er nach 4 Tagen repariert. 2 Abflüsse flossen nicht, zum Glück auch repariert. Verschiedene andere kleinere technische Mängel oder Probleme, die einfach behoben werden müssen. Ich hoffe, dass der Eigentümer bald einige überfällige Wartungsarbeiten nachholen wird. Das Potenzial des Hauses ist sicherlich vorhanden, aber es muss noch etwas getan werden.

Villa Valentina ist an sich schon ein fantastisches Haus, bedarf jedoch einer Modernisierung und Liebe zum Detail. Es geht zwar nicht um Strukturfragen, aber es bedeutet für uns, dass es keine fünf Sterne wert ist. In der Küche gibt es beispielsweise nur zwei Topfuntersetzer und der Abfalleimer hat keinen Deckel. Es gibt auch keine Bedienungsanleitung für die Mikrowelle und den Backofen. Es gibt keinen Toaster. Der Rasen war offensichtlich schon lange nicht mehr gemäht worden (das Gras war nicht hoch, weil es aufgrund der jüngsten Dürre verdorrt war, aber das Unkraut im Gras war hoch). Die Fenster des Hauses sind nicht mit Nitpicks ausgestattet. Der auf der Website erwähnte Bouleplatz ist mit den Spielsachen der Kinder belegt und steht daher nicht zum Boulespiel zur Verfügung. Das Segeltuch des Sonnenschirms auf der Terrasse fehlt. Der Grill hat Risse und die Roste sind deformiert. Positiv ist, dass das Haus bei unserer Ankunft sehr gut gereinigt war.

Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir waren hier für ein langes Wochenende mit 10 Personen und hatten tolle Tage. Es ist ein tolles Haus, sieht ordentlich und gepflegt aus und ist komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt auch viel zu tun in der Umgebung, Durbuy ist zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt viele andere Indoor- und Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Ein Verlassen ist aber kaum nötig, denn im Whirlpool, in der Sauna oder im Spielkeller kann man es sich gut gehen lassen.
