Tiny rooms, no AC, in a super shifty part of town. Rooms look nothing like the images, hotel rating must have been bought as it wasn't earned. We took one look and booked another hotel, couldn't get a refund even though we booked 3 days and used 30 minutes.

We only stayed one night, but staff was extremely friendly, was able to give us directions around, and very helpful. Hotel itself is small, but our room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was nice and the location is great!

A good choice throughout.

Clean room. Single bed, a little tight and therefore not so comfortable, but nice scenic picture on wall above. Nice small compartments to put small possessions by your bedside. Also two chairs, sizeable windows which opened. A table to rest things on. A cupboard, a tv (which needed new batteries, but I still managed to operate it manually). Bathroom clean throughout, good shower, a few soaps, towels, small seat (useful), sink, a few mirrors. Has all the basics and is clean throughout. Helpful staff at the reception. Quite close to train station, roughly 5-10 minutes walk. Also close to Rewe and nearby corner shop.

The hotel was as advertised, good location close to the main train station and about 20 minute walk to the old town The rooms were clean but there was an underlying smoke smell. Shower worked well The staff were were very helpful and friendly Two things that could be improved were the towels which seemed like they were 50 years old and the pillows were terrible There is no air conditioning as advertised, so when hot the only option is to open the window Overall, as advertised but in need of some updating

Great price for the location and comfort.

Thank you for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and the room comfortable and quiet. Good location, about 20min walk to the River Rhein.

Really lovely stay. The room was small, but super cosy. Honestly didn't feel like I needed anything bigger. The staff were extremely lovely and very accommodating. They looked after my luggage afsfter I checked out in the morning until I returned in the afternoon. They even allowed me to use the bathroom and guest area to freshen up before catching my train in the afternoon. Absolutely recommend a stay here for those last minute trips.

Perfect near main Düsseldorf train station

Family run hotel near Düsseldorf main train station, very well maintained, clean and friendly staff. Traveled for business attending exhibition in Cologne and wanted somewhere near the main station. This hotel was perfect and I will stay here again.

The check in was quick. The hotel rooms was ok. Mine was a rear view room. The room itself was clean and basic. But overall it was ok. Paid an extra 10 Euro for breakfast

Das Hotel liegt zwar in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof in Düsseldorf aber ist trotzdem gefühlt auch weit entfernt. In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Rewe Markt der eher nicht so gesittetes Publikum anlockt wodurch es draußen laut ist und auch bisschen unsicher. Auf dem Fußweg Richtung Hauptbahnhof/Tram muss man auch über einen Platz mit Drogenjunkies, das erweckt ebenfalls kein Vertrauen. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Allerdings war für den hohen Preis die Ausstattung eher spärlich. Großes Manko: Das WLAN vom Hotel hat Größtenteils nicht funktioniert und wenn dann nur sehr langsam und sporadisch. Aber auch der reguläre Internetempfang war nicht sehr gut, das Hotel hat definitiv eine schlechte Internetverbindung egal ob mobile Daten oder WLAN. Das war natürlich schon arg, gerade weil der Preis pro Nacht schon heftig war. Da hätte ich mehr erwartet.
